DIY Studding: Craft From A Novice.

Happy Sunday everyone!

Phew is Monday tomorrow already? Where has this week gone?

I write this post with great pride in showing you how some cheapy ebay studs can transform an outfit....and its actually quite fun.

You may remember last Sunday I wrote a stud and spikes posts.

Well after loads of putting it off I finally got some studs on Ebay and started studding away myself.....and I really enjoyed it!

The top image is some cut off high waisted levis I got from Ebay a while ago.

I'm planning on wearing these babies to Creamfields and think the added studding brings the shorts bang on trend. I did also stud the back but my camera doesn't seem  to have kept that image.

Secondly I studded a denim sleeveless jacket I got form Primark last year. I also studded the shoulders too. I wore this loads last year and hope to rekindle this love with its added stud effect.

What I both like is the uniqueness of the two items. Generally studded items are always more expensive because their so fiddly.

To put it into perspective studded levis usually sell for about £35-£45

wheas as cut offs they sell between £15-£25.

Its a little crazy really!

I got my studs from this Ebay Seller I paid £3.49 for 50 pieces of 9mm studs.

If you have time on your hands however there are other sellers out there (usually from China/Hong Kong) who sell for an even cheaper price.

Myself I am as far removed from "arty and crafty" as they come...so there really is hope for us all!

Good Evening Ladies!

Its well overdue since I bothered to take some OOTD snaps.

I am continually making the naive mistake of seeing a glimmer of sunshine and assuming that it'd be warm outside...thank goodness for the mother who recommended a coat when leaving the house!

Its been one of those 'meh' hair days and when ever this happens due to my long long weave the over-reliance of my bun hairpiece comes into play....easy peasy.

I am a little obsessed with this headscarf...I love how colourful it is and I also have big love with how well it goes with my MAC Morange lipstick (any excuse).

Ive been working quite a few mornings recently and I like to feel a bit of winged eyeliner even when your sleep deprived feeling shit really makes you look animated and awake.

I a little obsessed with this top. It has really low arm holes and reminds me of Thailand/summer last year as its vests all round for pack packers there.
Its another of those daytime/nightime pieces.
Also loving my high waisted Levis which I got offa ebay. I see myself purchasing some different shades in the coming months!

This is my Hermes look-alike belt.
Those of you TOWIE fans will have noticed Joey Essex rocking this belt, well mine wasnt £300 mine was £8 from Ebay
Its a little cult number that only those fashionistas would notice, thats why I kinda like it- that and the colour goes with everything!

Ebay Lusts- A VIPXO tribute.

Hello everyone!

Pheww been a while since my last post, I guess I feel the need to inform you that posts are going to be a little few and far between for a little while. This is because I am in the last three months of my final year in university...I have a dissertation to write as well as other lectures, module work to complete and a job also....I know zzzzzz!

I am a big fan of Victoria India over at VIPXO

My favourite post of hers is an ebay post. She has a formspring account where you can request item look-alikes or specific item and she will find them for you. She is particularly good at designer inspired items. I love looking at the pretty and wonderful things she comes out with, its a brilliant way of opening up to being more fashion forward without breaking the bank!

With that in mind I thought Id show you some bits in my "Watch" list on Ebay:
