In Other news

This is my last week before signing onto the good old 9-5 life.

Ive got mixed emotions as I have working shifts for years and my new job is a totally different role to what I have been doing up until now. Baring this in mind its given me a brilliant excuse to go shopping for work wear which Ive been loving. So expect some work wear relates posts/hauls.

Ive found my Christmas Party Dress

Well I cant get this one out of my head..

Ive tried to shake it off.

I tried to look for a cheaper alternative.

I even looked to Ebay with a cheaper price.

I'm hooked.

For Christmas Its all about the Gold Samantha Dress.

Its the wrap around with deep plunge and short sleeves design that screams elegance and sophistication.

A truly special and sophisticated dress and I just cant it out of my mind!

This dress has had its own press coverage and in all honesty I'm not surprised.

 

(somehow I don't think my boobs will be bulging to the same effect as Chloe's!)

Id wear this dress with some skyscrapers and black large clutch.

The only thing that's got me gasping is the price £165!!

Que my take to Ebay to find it for a more reasonable price.

I bought my French Connection Penelope dress in this way. It is still a very treasured member of my wardrobe and I got it for just £10 over half of the price which isn't cheap but much more reasonable in my opinion.

Last Saturday- The Races OOTD/TN

Hello to all my lovely new followers :)

Just a little post - I have been worse for wear today!

So...Saturday I headed to Chester races.

Surprisingly it was sunny and warm all day and a group of us went to celebrate my friend's 22nd.

I love the races because its an excuse to get dressed up!

I didn't get time to take any decent photos so I'm gonna have to improvise a little.

I wore dress from French Connection called Penelope dress

Its just so feminine and romantic it suited the occasion.

I love the shapes the structuring creates at the bottom and it really helps flare the skirt out.

On top of that I am an absolute sucker for embellishment!

When I initially saw this dress it certainly had the WOW factor! :)

Here's me and my guy pre-races.

While we were there a photographer asked me and one of my girlfriends to have our picture taken for Cheshire West Magazine...we will keep an eye out for that!

I have bought some little treats from Lydia's blog sale Link...so really looking forward to those arriving!

Ordered two YSL lipsticks from Cheap smells. Its been a week and still no sign, ODD!
